Methodological recommendations have been developed for the subjects of preventive activity with the aim of adapting their system to the challenges of today, which are characterized by the growth of social contradictions, the presence of a special legal regime of martial law, the significant complication of the criminogenic situation due to the intensification of both traditional threats and criminal practices that are reproduced in in the sphere of ensuring national security, their acquisition of hybrid, mixed forms.
