Research at the regional level was conducted on the materials of the Khmelnytskyi region. The purpose of the work is to substantiate theoretical provisions, define methodological approaches and develop scientific-methodical and applied recommendations for institutional and resource provision of sustainable development of socio-economic systems. Research methods: structural and logical analysis; dialectical cognition; system analysis and synthesis, scientific abstraction; economic and statistical analysis, economic and mathematical modelling. Results: ‒ the whole concept of sustainable development is positioned taking into account their complementarily at the macro-, meso- and macrolevels and conceptual and methodological approaches to solving the problem of institutional and resource provision for the sustainable development of the economy of Ukraine are formed; ‒ a model of institutional support for the mechanism of sustainable development of the national economy and strengthening of its competitiveness was built; ‒ scientific and practical recommendations were formed for the development of strategic partnership of business structures in the context of the development and realization of the innovative resource potential of the participants in the processes of the post-war revival of the economy of Ukraine. The scope of application is the management of institutional change processes for the transition of the national economy to a competitive model of resource use in the context of its sustainable development in the post-war period.
