The purpose of the work: the choice of the electrolyte composition during electrochemical palladium deposition to obtain high-quality coatings, technological optimization processes of metal processing on the example of BrB2 alloy and regeneration of Cu/Zn- containing waste water of galvanic production, research of radiation characteristics of waste blast furnace slags to assess their feasibility use as raw materials in the production of environmentally safe building materials. Research methods – potentiometric method, gravimetry, determination hardness of alloys according to Brinell, projection method of complex distribution particles, gamma spectrometric analysis. Palladium forms deprotonated mono- and dipyrophosphate complexes at pH=8−11. It was established that when the concentration of the ligand exceeds 50 times the concentration of the complexing agent, a stable complex is formed Pd(P2O7)26−. In the presence of ammonia, an even more stable one is formed polyligand complex Pd(NH3)P2O72−. Working pH interval of the electrolyte deposition of palladium is рН=9−10, in this interval most are formed strong polyligand complexes. The influence of complexation processes on the speed and selectivity of dissolution of BrB2 alloy in solutions of different composition. Compositions of pickling solutions for high-speed and uniform etching of beryllium bronze. Product Description popup.authors Egorova Lilia M Datsenko Vita V Nenastina Tetiana O.
