Reactive oligomers as connected PCMs. The purpose of the work is the development of PCM based on secondary raw materials with an optimal set of properties, as well as research into the processes of their structuring with the aim of their intensification (physical and chemical effects). As a result of these studies, PCM compositions based on secondary thermoplastics (polystyrene plastics, polyolefins) were developed, the processes of thermoplastic PCM structure formation were investigated in order to obtain optimal strength and operational properties of products. The processes of intensification of the processes of hardening (structuring) of PCM based on reactive oligomers (RCO) - acrylic, epoxy, epoxy acrylic due to UV radiation, irradiation of PCM with accelerated electrons, and the action of high-frequency currents (microwaves) were studied. It is shown that the conducted studies enable the use of secondary raw materials for the manufacture of large-sized products from thermoplastics. The influence of these factors on the structuring process of thermosetting oligomers allows to significantly improve the properties of the products - strength, reduces residual stress, shrinkage, and stabilizes the geometric dimensions of the products.
