Methodological principles of sustainable management have been developed in the context of defining a system of conceptual directions of the influence of the natural and economic sphere on the general transformational processes of modernization aimed at shifting the center of gravity towards management innovations of a decentralized type. The principles and methods of forming multi-system management systems of the latest type, which function under the conditions of achieving financial and economic stability, are defined; a methodological platform of sustainable management is proposed. A differentiated set of mechanisms for achieving systemic homeostasis of sustainable management in Ukraine is defined. A classification matrix of sustainable management systems has been developed; an orderly structure of directions for Ukraine's transition to sustainable management is proposed.
