Research methods: it has been determined that today there are significant reserves for the improvement of cutting tools and the introduction of fundamentally new technological methods of sharp processing due, first of all, to certain improvements in the geometric shape of tools, which can be achieved by methods of additive molding; it has been established that modern budget-class additive installations make it possible to obtain a variety of parts and products in the shortest possible time and at a relatively low cost, but the quality and accuracy of production are issues that must be carefully studied and researched; parameters such as printing speed, extrusion ratio, degree of filling during printing, thickness of printed layers have the main influence on the accuracy of 3D printing. The influence of these parameters is not linear, so optimization calculations must be carried out for each of them; it is determined that SolidCAM systems allow you to achieve a completely new level of productivity as if you had access to the experience and knowledge of hundreds of CAM programming and CNC machining specialists. It was established that the calculation of CAM by the trajectory system allows to reduce the time due to the control of the angles of contact of the tool with the material and the optimization of the cutting and feeding speeds for all sections of the trajectory.
