The purpose of the work is to increase the efficiency and expand the possibilities of the technologies for the production of parts based on new methods of extrusion. Based on the developed new kinematic curvilinear modules with triangular and trapezoidal shapes, the solution to the problems in combined radial-forward extrusion of sleeve-type parts and radial-backward extrusion of hollow parts with a flange has been improved. The possibility of using kinematic parameters for optimizing technological processes with an increased degree of freedom in metal flow has been confirmed. The adequacy of the prepared dependences on the deformation parameters has been experimentally verified. An estimate of metal deformability in alternating nonmonotonic deformation of hollow parts such as cups by extrusion is obtained. Using the finite element method, models of the lateral extrusion process with branch were developed under conditions controlling the kinematic effect on the billet.
