Purpose: to create and study mathematical models and their computer implementation of complex oscillating pendulum and electromechanical systems, to establish the basic laws and to investigate oscillatory motion. Research methods and equipment: theoretical analysis, mathematical modelling, packages of applied computer programs, modern computing equipment. In this work, based on the methods of classical mechanics, nonlinear mathematical models were created: a beam on a bifilar mount; spatial motion of a body with a distributed mass attached to a moving trolley by a non-stretchable cable; electromechanical DC converters. Numerical methods and computer algebra tools were used for the analysis. The influence of various parameters on the system motion is investigated. The graphs of dependence of the main parameters of the system on time, trajectory, phase portraits and amplitude-frequency characteristics were constructed.
