The purpose of this work is: a description of the methodology and analysis of the results of modeling metastable phase transformations involving multicomponent melts of transition metals; development of technology to produce complex binding materials; analysis of the coating structure of steels; development of an algorithm for calculating the indicators of foundries. Research methods: CALPHAD-method, optical microscopy, microhardness measurement method, thermodynamic analysis, standard methods of studying technological properties of molding mixtures, CAD-CAE-systems. The results of prediction in the framework of the CALPHAD method of concentration regions in which it is possible to obtain amorphous alloys of multicomponent melts are described. The technology to produce complex binding materials has been developed. An algorithm was developed for calculating the indicators of foundries. The characteristics of carbon steel coatings are determined. The scientific novelty is in: for the first time predicted concentration regions of amorphization of melts of Cu–Fe–Hf, Fe–Ni–Ti, Fe–Ni–Zr, Fe–Ni–Hf, Fe–Ti–Zr, Fe–Cu–Ni–Ti–Zr and Fe–Cu–Ni–Ti–Hf systems; developed a new technology for obtaining a binder for the production of sand-bentonite molding mixtures; developed a new algorithm for determining the indicators of the designed foundry; defined for the first time technological conditions for the diffusion metallization of B, Cr and Al. Scope: in the production of castings from steels, cast irons, and non-ferrous metals and alloys. Product Description popup.authors Agraval Pavlo G. Vodopyanova Anna O. Dyachenko Yuriy G.
