The subject of the study is the establishment of interrelationships between various operational, production and repair factors of influence and operational properties of elements of motor transport systems. The purpose of the work is to increase the resource and reliability of motor vehicle systems by studying the interrelationships of relevant indicators of operational properties with decisions made in the process of production, operation and repair of wheeled vehicles. The principles and levels of formation of intellectualized production and transport systems for the repair and modernization of machines are substantiated. The change in energy parameters of the tractor engine in the load mode when part of the cylinders are disconnected was studied. The possibilities of development of skidding of articulated wheeled vehicles with different types of drive are evaluated. An assessment of the car's potential indicators was made, taking into account the improved method of calculating aerodynamic characteristics. An approach to measuring competencies in dual education is proposed. A method of increasing the stability of car movement using disc multi-piston brake mechanisms has been developed. New technologies and new materials for the restoration of parts were analyzed. A test methodology for evaluating the operational qualities of agricultural tractors according to OECD Code 2 has been developed.
