The purpose of the research work is to increase the efficiency of finishing parts at FG "LIK" by using a hone with a change in geometry. In the course of the research work, an analysis was made of the existing technological processes for the restoration of machine assemblies used special attention was paid to the finishing operations of holes. On the basis of the performed analysis, the use of tools with a change in cutting geometry for finishing operations is proposed. On the basis of the performed calculations of the efficiency of the use of hones with a change in the cutting geometry, a justification was made for changing the technological processes of restoring machines and nodes used by FОР "Shpak" taking into account the existing equipment park. The results obtained during the implementation of the NDR formed the basis of scientific and methodological recommendations for the performance of hole finishing operations, which allows to increase the efficiency of the technological processes of restoration of machines and units of FОР "Shpak".
