The purpose of the work is to develop and work out the methods of intercalation of functional additives into nanocomposites, the synthesis of a polymer nanocomposite with intercalated functional additives, the development of a protective coating for military devices with a shielding effect to prevent electromagnetic radiation, and the technology of manufacturing polymer nanocomposites with intercalated functional additives. Research methods are theoretical, analytical, instrumental. Functional additives to nanocomposites, the method of intercalation of functional additives into nanocomposites and the technology of manufacturing polymer nanocomposites with intercalated functional additives have been developed. Also, a protective coating for military devices with a shielding effect to prevent electromagnetic radiation has been developed. New technical solutions were proposed, according to which 2 applications were submitted for the issuance of protective documents of Ukraine for objects of intellectual property rights for the above-mentioned composites and functional additives. Implementation of completed developments in the chemical, chemical-technological and energy complex of Ukraine is prepared.
