The subject of the research is related to the management of projects, grants, startup projects, creating the necessary conditions for the digitalisation of document flow and ensuring the effective functioning of an electronic office at the enterprise. The purpose of the research is to develop recommendations for project management and ensuring the functioning of an electronic office. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research work is the fundamental provisions of economic theory on project management, grants, start-up projects, financing the digitalisation of electronic document management, and ensuring the conditions for the effective functioning of an electronic office. The paper uses the following methods of scientific knowledge: system analysis, economic analysis, sample survey, methods of scientific abstraction and generalisation, comparative, graphical and tabular methods for visual presentation of research results in the form of tables, graphs, etc. Theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations for effective project, grant and start-up management and e-office functioning were developed. The research work was commissioned by Production Association LLC, so the results of the work are used in the practice of the customer's business activities. The results of the research work can be used in innovative entrepreneurship and the practice of small and medium-sized businesses.
