The subject of the study is methods and means of monitoring the technical condition of pipelines, gas meters, qualitative characteristics of surface-active substances and vessel wettability. The main tasks that were performed in the process of scientific work are the control of the technical condition of pipelines, the accuracy of measurements by thermo-anemometers, gas meters, the study of the quality characteristics of surface-active substances when interacting with solid materials, vessels and blood supply stents of the human body. The solution of the set tasks was achieved by analyzing literary sources, conducting theoretical and experimental studies, using mathematical modeling, methods of engineering planning of experiments, theory of errors and uncertainties. The purpose of the work is to develop methods and technical means of measuring control of technical characteristics of oil and gas industry equipment, qualitative characteristics of surface-active substances and metrological characteristics of gas meters. Novelty of work: - new practical aspects of monitoring the technical condition of main gas pipelines using ultrasonic directional waves are proposed; - the measuring technology for monitoring the operation of gas meters on wet gas-gas environments has been improved; - a new method of reducing natural gas losses in gas distribution pipelines using a mobile information and measurement complex was developed; - developed a computerized measuring technology for determining the surface properties of liquids based on the proposed method of using an air jet; - developed a methodology for conducting express blood analysis in dynamic mode directly during dialysis or during implantation according to the speed of blood movement and the degree of wetting of the artificial biomaterial surface by it.
