The object of research is the process of innovative transformation of the ecological and economic system in Ukraine. The subject of research is the theoretical basis of the formation of an innovative component of the scientific-technological and production safety of the economic system at the state and regional levels. The purpose of the study is to analyze the main trends, regularities and problems of the development of economic management systems, to develop proposals for improving the efficiency of management of economic systems at various levels. The question of the development of an innovative ecological and economic system in Ukraine today is relevant for the applied scientific discourse. I believe that this kind of work reveals the theoretical and methodological foundations of the problem of strategic management of the innovative development of the economic system of Ukraine in the context of the unfolding of the fourth industrial revolution and the transition to the world economy. The globalization factors of foreign economic security have been studied. Innovative drivers of social security in the regions of Ukraine have been determined. A mechanism for the implementation of integrated territorial management of ecological safety in the conditions of the transition to sustainable development has been formed.
