The purpose of the work is to develop theoretical, methodological support and practical recommendations for managing economic resources in the context of human and material resources in the process of innovative and logistical activities of the enterprise. In order to improve the management of material resources, the expediency of warehouse management with the use of information systems and the use of optimization of the organization of the warehouse system according to the criterion functions of minimizing warehouse costs for carrying out warehouse operations and reducing the time for their implementation is substantiated. The management of the logistics activities of the enterprise as a complex organizational system is proposed to be improved on the basis of the use of Cross-Docking reception due to the exclusion from the chain of the stage of product preservation at the facility, which shortens delivery times and costs for logistics activities and increases the efficiency of the use of material resources.
