The innovation and marketing spheres of the enterprise have been improved due to the development of a refined sequence of stages of innovation management, taking into account the achievements of innovation marketing and digital marketing. The investment functional area and the personnel management functional area, which are combined on the basis of determining staff loyalty, have received further development. The logistics area has been improved in relation to the development of proposals for the selection of suppliers. The field of strategic management unites functional areas in relation to the improvement of methodological proposals for the formation of enterprise development strategies.
