The goal of the project is to expand the functional capabilities of the Department of International Scientific and Innovative Activities, Technology Transfer and Intellectual Property Protection of the Institute of Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine by creating an innovative scientific and educational complex that will ensure the integration of research, education and innovation in physics, mathematics, computer science and related disciplines. The following methods were used to achieve this goal: - analysis of the needs of the scientific community, the educational sector and the market in the field of high technologies and digital innovations; - development of a conceptual model of the Center, which defines its purpose, goals, objectives, functions, structure, resources and mechanisms of interaction with the external environment; - preparation of design and estimate documentation for the Center, which provides for the reconstruction of premises, communications and infrastructure, space zoning and planning of equipment. The theoretical results are the forming of the concept of the Center, taking into account current global trends in science, education and innovation s well as the directions of the Institute of Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. The practical results are the development of the concept and design estimates for the Innovation Center, in 2 stages of reconstruction, arrangement, launch and operation of the Center. The novelty is in the first proposed concept of the Center at the Institute of Physics. The effectiveness of the design is shown by analyzing the expected results and costs of the project.
