The purpose of the work is to develop national regulatory documents (hereinafter referred to as NDs) harmonized with international and European ones with an identical degree of compliance (hereinafter referred to as harmonized NDs) in order to ensure that Ukraine meets the requirements for membership in the World Trade Organization (the "WTO") and to ensure the conditions for Ukraine's integration into the European Union (the "EU"), in particular, to ensure the implementation of the provisions of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement. The research method is analysis. The main results of the research - scientific and methodological, scientific and technical support and coordination of works on the development and adoption of 105 harmonized national normative documents by translation were carried out. A technical review of the files of harmonized national NDs was conducted, and drafts of harmonized national NDs were edited before adoption. 103 drafts of harmonized national NDs were adopted. Recommendations for the use of the results of the work - the use of harmonized international and European standards by technical committees for standardization (TCs) and business entities in various sectors of the Ukrainian economy in their activities will help to increase the competitiveness of Ukrainian producers' products and create conditions for the elimination of technical barriers to trade. The economic feasibility of the work is the rational use of natural resources, ensuring a high level of product quality and safety and strengthening consumer protection, increasing the competitiveness of Ukrainian products and facilitating access of Ukrainian producers to new markets, and promoting innovative industrial developmen.
