In this matter, one of the most important problems is the problem of attracting resources to finance new or support already implemented investment projects. Achieving the company's strategic goals also depends significantly on the efficiency of the company's capital formation and its structure, that is, determining the general need for it, forming the optimal structure and conditions of involvement. The purpose of the work is to generalize theoretical provisions, as well as to develop scientific and practical recommendations regarding the effectiveness of the use and management of the capital structure of the enterprise. In the course of the research, a methodical approach to factor analysis of the macro- and microeconomic environment of the formation of the capital structure of enterprises was developed, and the formation of strategic goals and indicators of the enterprise's capital management was carried out. Special attention was paid to factor analysis, which showed that the first latent factor, which explains 68.83% of the total variance of the data; the second factor explains 18.19% of the total variance of the data. The assessment of the influence of the formed factors showed that the capital structure of enterprises according to KVED 85.60 depends on the identified factors by 87%. In the research process, it was also proven that the capital structure formation strategy is designed to ensure the best position of INZHEK BUSINESS CENTER LLC in the external environment and achieve the set goal by identifying future success factors and threats. In a competitive environment, it becomes necessary to develop such a system of indicators that will make it possible to fully and reliably assess the efficiency of the enterprise as a whole.
