The purpose of the work is to develop methodological guidelines for determining the cost of technical supervision services, recommendations for performing technical supervision at road infrastructure facilities, and methodological recommendations for preparing standard tender documentation for the purchase of technical supervision services. The research method is the collection of numerous requests and proposals from the Services for the Restoration and Development of Infrastructure in the regions, as well as other interested institutions, organizations and enterprises, the development of a regulatory framework for the implementation of technical supervision of the implementation of works on new construction, reconstruction, overhaul and operational maintenance of public highways. Implementation – improvement of the regulatory framework regarding technical supervision and determination of the cost of such works (services) during road construction works on public highways. The relevance of the study - today there is a need to develop methodological guidelines and establish a regulatory framework for determining the cost of technical supervision services at road infrastructure facilities in Ukraine. The existing regulations do not provide a clear regulation of this process, which may lead to an underestimation or overestimation of these services during road construction works on public highways.
