The subject of the study is the model and information technology of quality planning of the software development process based on the SPICE maturity model. The purpose of the work is research and development of information technology for planning the development of a subset of SPICE model processes. The object of the study was analyzed, its problems are highlighted. A comparative analysis of maturity models of software development processes was carried out. Based on the conclusions of the analysis, the use and formalization of the SPICE maturity model, which solves the given problem, was proposed. Software requirements for the implementation of the maturity model have been formulated, and a software complex has been developed that implements the calculations of the formalized model. The result is an information technology for planning the development of a subset of the processes of the SPICE reference model, which automates the necessary calculations for the implementation of this model.
