The purpose of the work is to develop a system for monitoring the economic behavior of an enterprise in modern economic conditions. Research methods - comparative, systemic, process-functional, conceptual, synergistic, marketing-oriented, taxonomic methods, induction and deduction, dynamic analysis, structural analysis, cluster analysis. A theoretical-methodical study of the principles of managing the economic behavior of the enterprise was carried out in order to determine the strategy of the enterprise's development, i.e., making managerial decisions on the formation of the economic behavior of the enterprise, which will allow to increase the efficiency of the company's activities within the chosen strategy of its development based on SPPR. Approaches to the formation of the information space for the study of the economic behavior of the enterprise through their stratification are proposed, the characteristic features and advantages of each approach are determined. The theoretical and methodological support for the construction of the system for monitoring the economic behavior of the enterprise has been improved due to the methodological and organizational basis for the construction of the monitoring system; researching approaches to assessing the sensitivity of types of economic activity to fluctuations in the market environment and constructed models of economic behavior analysis of enterprises of dominant types of economic activity.
