The results obtained indicate that there is no risk of sintering of raw materials in the reactor and high energy efficiency of the process. This creates the preconditions for commercialization of technologies for processing hazardous waste, such as sewage sludge, and at the same time environmentally friendly disposal of worn-out tires (world-class research). This paper investigates ways to improve the energy efficiency of hazardous waste treatment processes, with a view to implementing the waste-to-energy process, which is currently being actively developed in the world scientific literature. They are based on the joint processing of sewage sludge, which is characterized by a significant ash content of ~50%, and worn-out tires.
