The goal of the work is to increase the efficiency of solar installations for hot water supply and heating of houses through the use of energy-efficient technologies and modernized modern equipment. Methods of thermodynamics, heat and mass transfer and integration of energy-efficient processes are used. Research methods – solving the problem are determined based on an analysis of literary sources of modern methods for increasing energy efficiency, analysis of the technical level of devices, materials, costs (material and monetary), etc. The work analyzed the technical capabilities of different types of solar installations, and studied the materials used in the installations. Selected solar installation option as a prototype for optimization, integration and automation; materials used in new developments of solar installations and equipment. A new technological scheme has been drawn up as a design for a new thermal power plant. A calculation was made of the exergy efficiency of using new materials and equipment. This allows you to increase: the coolant temperature to 95 oC; The efficiency of the solar installation is up to 92% compared to the prototype – 72%, while the payback period of the installation is comparable to the installation period of the entire installation. Installation: provides electricity, hot water and heating to private households, where a ground-water heat pump, electricity and heat accumulators are used together with a wind power generator, which allows: to reduce the cost of thermal energy by reducing material consumption and equipment costs; save fossil fuels; produce electricity and send the excess to the state power grid; reduce heat load and environmental pollution.
