The object of the study: spectra of thin films — blood smears of patients with cancer patients receiving chemotherapy treatment. The purpose of the work: to develop a methodology for evaluating the interaction of chemical preparations with blood proteins of a cancer patient in the course of chemotherapeutic treatment based on of the method of registration of spectral indicators of blood smears in the average IR-range suitable for use in clinical practice. Research methods: analysis of literary data, infrared method spectroscopy, selection of patients for research, statistical methods. The studied spectral indicators characterize the state ligandization of albumin and its ability to conformational changes, necessary for binding of the chemopreparation and its delivery to the place of implementation of its effect. Changes in the spectral parameters of thin blood films of patients with blood cancers after their treatment with a calcium chloride solution in regions of alpha and beta structures indicate the presence of the ability of blood albumin patients to the formation of connections and characterize the protein's ability to bind to chemical drug and its delivery to the place of implementation of its effect and considered as criteria for the potential effectiveness of chemotherapy.
