The subject of the research is the examination of training programs for psychological assistance to military personnel and their relatives in terms of its compliance with modern scientific concepts and methods of psychological work with persons who have experienced stress. The goal of the project is to develop criteria and carry out an examination of training programs for the purpose of their compliance with modern scientific concepts and methods of psychological work with persons who have experienced stress. The task of the research: to develop criteria and indicators for the evaluation of educational programs of advanced training for compliance with modern scientific concepts and methods of psychological work with persons who have experienced stress and to carry out an examination of educational programs of advanced training on various aspects of psychology and to provide recommendations for improving their content. Scientific results. The criteria and indicators for the evaluation of educational programs of advanced training have been developed in accordance with the recommendations on the application of the criteria for evaluating the quality of the educational program, approved by the National Agency for Quality Assurance of Higher Education on November 17, 2020; an expert evaluation protocol of the professional development program was developed. The novelty of the study is the developed protocol of expert assessment of the professional development program. The protocol was developed on the basis of a comparative analysis of the data obtained as a result of the conducted research. Practical implementation.
