Research methods – physiological, biochemical and cytogenetic methods of studying plants, methods of determining the number of soil microorganisms, statistical processing and analysis of the obtained results. The translocation coefficients for Ni indicate its barrier-free supply to Taraxacum officinale in the "leaf-root" system at moderate and insignificant levels of pollution. An anti-concentration barrier for Ni is installed in the "root-leaf" system. A feature of Zn and Cd is their barrier-free migration at all levels of contamination. Antagonism in the absorption of Zn and Cd was established in maize seedlings against the background of a high level of Ni, and at a high level of Zn, the accumulation of only Cd decreases. Maize is a deconcentrator of these elements, which, most likely, is caused by the barrier function of the root endoderm. Among chromosomal aberrations under the combined effect of Ni, Zn, Cd, chromosome lag accounted for 75% of the number of pathologies. In field experiments with a high content of Cr and Ni in the soil, the growth regulator "Antistress" increases the yield of the Premiya 190 MV maize hybrid by 27% compared to Euro 402. For bioindication of the pollution level, it is better to use indices of sterility and palynotoxic effect in T.officinale. Short-term soil drought led to a decrease in the mass and length of shoots and the root system in maize and also induced the development of peroxidation. In areas of significant pollution of paint and varnish enterprises, it is better to use Populus bolleana, P.italica, Acer negundo and Tilia cordata, in which the thinning of the crown is up to 30% and total damage score does not exceed 1.5.The soils of the dumps differ significantly in terms of the number of groups of microorganisms participating in the N cycle Product Description popup.authors Artiushenko Tatiana Gryshko Vitalii Zubrovska Olga Komarova Iryna popup.nrat_date 2023-10-24 Close
