The following tasks were set and solved in the work: - the theoretical and methodical aspects of modern management (by types); - certain conceptual provisions regarding the creation, application and development of the modern management system; - an assessment of the level of use by organizations of management decision-making tools (by types of modern management) was carried out, which became a source for the development of practical recommendations for increasing the efficiency of their use for making effective management decisions and developing the management system (by types); - developed and substantiated priority directions for the development and improvement of the effectiveness of the use of modern management tools (by types) by organizations. General scientific and methodical provisions and applied results of scientific research were used in the educational process of the Dniprovsky State Technical University in the teaching of disciplines: "Creative Management" for students of higher education of the second (master's) level of specialty 073 "Management" under the educational and professional program "Management" , "Theory and Practice of Modern Management" for students of the third (educational and scientific) level of specialty 073 "Management" under the educational and scientific program "Management", "Management and Administration" (Module 2 Management) for students of the first (bachelor's) higher education level in the specialty 073 "Management" under the educational and professional program "Management" (implementation act dated 23.06.2023 № 108-08.14/15).
