VI Vernadsky National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2  The object of research is new ultra-high-frequency dielectric materials based on complex titanium oxides and elements of II-IV groups with relatively low values of dielectric constant and low loss in the centimeter and millimeter wavelength range. The purpose of the work - The main goal of the project is the development of dielectric materials with relatively low values of dielectric constant (ε > 20) and dielectric losses (tg δ) and high stability of the temperature coefficient of the resonance frequency (tf) and the creation on their basis of resonant components for the latest control equipment unmanned aerial vehicles and ship radar systems. The ceramic elements developed in the project based on the created dielectric materials will increase the competitiveness of domestic products, and will also contribute to the import substitution of materials that were previously supplied from the Russian Federation. Research methods – thermal analysis, chemical analysis, EPR spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction analysis, X-ray spectral analysis (EDS), electron microscopy (SEM, TEM), measurement of electrophysical properties of polycrystalline materials in a wide frequency and temperature range. Experimental batches of dielectric materials were produced and their parameters were measured in the microwave range.
