Testing of welding processes. Part 11. Electron beam and laser beam welding ". In accordance with the task set in the project, work was performed to prepare for certification of laser welding technology of typical structural elements of covered freight railway cars, guided by DSTU ISO 15613: 2005 "Technical conditions and certification of technological processes of welding metal materials. Certification on the basis of pre-production tests ". Technological recommendations for laser welding of typical structural elements of covered freight railway cars have been developed. Technological instructions for laser welding of typical structural elements of covered freight railway cars have been developed: cladding of the end wall of the car; cladding of the side wall of the car; car roof coverings; car door trim. The obtained scientific results will also be further used in the PWI for research in the development of technology and development of technological equipment for laser welding of typical structural elements of covered freight railway cars.The use of the obtained results of the project will help to accelerate the further implementation of the results of this development in the production facilities of car-building enterprises of Ukraine.
