According to the results of the study of the state and trends of the socio-economic development of the city of Kyiv, taking into account the analysis of the economy of the capital during the period of martial law, the project of the Program of Economic and Social Development of the City of Kyiv for 2024-2026 (hereinafter referred to as the Program project) was developed, which includes a complex of interrelated tasks and measures aimed at achieving the goals and objectives of the Kyiv City Development Strategy until 2025. The publication of the announcement of the draft Program in the printed mass media has been prepared. As part of the development of the Program project, its strategic environmental assessment was carried out in accordance with the laws of Ukraine "On strategic environmental assessment", "On the ecological network of Ukraine" and Methodological recommendations for the implementation of strategic environmental assessment of state planning documents, approved by order of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine dated 08/10/2018 No. 296 (with amendments), taking into account compliance with all requirements, in particular, prepared: a statement on determining the scope of a strategic environmental assessment; publication in the printed mass media of a notice on the publication of a statement on determining the scope of a strategic environmental assessment; strategic environmental assessment report; publication in the printed media of a notice on the publication of the draft state planning document of the strategic environmental assessment report.
