Ceramic tiles for various purposes and ceramic clinker for facing buildings produced by LLC "KERAMEYYA" were selected as the objects of the study. It was determined that the characteristics of consumer properties are the characteristics of consumer properties, namely: durability, frost resistance, wear resistance, water absorption, resistance to pollution, chemical resistance, slip resistance, yield strength, surface hardness, format, appearance and assortment of products. It is important to form an assortment that determines the quality, reliability and durability of ceramic tiles and ceramic clinker. The assortment includes a list of formats of these products, surface type, color range and various areas of application. The development of production of ceramic clinker products is considered. An analysis of the technical conditions and standards regulating the characteristics of ceramic clinker, the raw material base of production, was carried out. The possibility of synthesis of ceramic masses for the production of sintered ceramics based on polymineral raw materials is shown. Compositions of masses for the production of ceramic clinker using kaolin from the Verbiv deposit of the Mykolaiv region were developed, with a decrease in the cost price of bricks. The main components of the Ukrainian market, namely production, import and export of the product, were studied.
