The object of the study is the methodology of organization and ensuring the functioning of the accounting and analytical support for the management of the enterprise's activities. Research methods – analysis and synthesis, theoretical generalization, induction and deduction, grouping, comparison, detailing, formalization of information. The expediency of improving the accounting and analytical support of the strategic management of the LLC «HLR» enterprise through effective cost management has been proven. Based on the results of the research, a theoretical background and methodological recommendations were developed for the introduction of elements of management accounting, strategic analysis, as elements of accounting and analytical support of the enterprise management system. It is suggested that the enterprise implement such a system of accounting and analytical support that will allow effective management decisions of a strategic nature.
