This aims to ensure the population's access to radiation-safe agricultural products, contributing to comprehensive socio-economic development of the region and the country as a whole. The object of the Concept is the agrolandscapes of the Ukrainian Polissia, contaminated with radionuclides as a result of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant accident, which have been partially or completely withdrawn from agricultural use and now require rehabilitation and return to their intended use. The optimal solution for reviving agro-industrial production on rehabilitated radioactively contaminated lands and effectively managing these agrolandscapes is the development of a strategy and program for reviving agro-industrial production on rehabilitated radioactively contaminated lands for at least a decade.
