It was found that in the case of small CdSe core there is a critical value of pressure, when exceeding which the value of the baric coefficient decreases abruptly. The regularities of change in the band structure of the quantum dot – human serum albumin bionanocomplex when the surface concentration of human serum albumin changes are established. Within the framework of the developed model, the regularities of the change in the width of the optical gap of the quantum dot depending on the type of impurity, albumin concentration, and core radius were established.
