The goal of the project is to develop a set of solutions aimed at enhancing rational natural resource use and reducing social tension caused by the rise in utility tariffs, particularly for natural gas transportation services, by creating a new model for calculating the cost of provided services that incorporates the digitalization of enterprises in the sector. The set goal entails solving the following main tasks:  Conduct an analysis of natural gas supply service stakeholders based on the volume of natural gas consumption.  Identify the main practical determinants that influence tariff formation.  Analyze the impact of production-technological losses on the tariff for natural gas distribution services, using specific regional gas companies as examples.  Investigate the level of wear and tear on the main production equipment and its impact on the tariff for natural gas distribution services in specific regional gas companies.  Perform a situational analysis of low-rise sector gas networks by region, highlighting the proportion of private ownership.  Explore the principles of forming a low-pressure gas network. The research methods used in this study are based on fundamental principles of economics and management.
