The purpose of the work is to create a physico-chemical basis for innovative technologies for the synthesis of functional materials for the needs of eco-technologies, mechanical engineering, the chemical industry, and other industries. Research methods - voltammetry, potentiometry, scanning electron spectroscopy, atomic force microscopy, electrode impedance spectroscopy, X-ray phase analysis, X-ray fluorescence method. Based on the results of the research, the concept of synthesis of complex heterooxide catalytic systems and synergistic electrolytic alloys was justified, their morphology and structure were established. The kinetics of formation of ternary alloys based on oxometalates were studied, and the functional properties of coatings of varied composition were tested. Using electrochemistry and nanoengineering, multicomponent alloys with a synergistic level of functional properties and nanostructured composite materials with anti-corrosion and eco-technological purposes were obtained. The structural characteristics and morphology of the materials and ways to optimize the structure-dependent properties of alloys and composites to increase their suitability as wear- and corrosion-resistant coatings are determined. According to the results of testing the device for electrochemical monitoring of gaseous mixtures, their increased resolution has been proven, which can form a methodological basis for the creation of the latest means of environmental monitoring, in particular, gaseous environments in the environment.
