The purpose of the R&D work performance (according to Contract No. 1323/5828-792-17041 as of December 12, 2017) is to adapt AI-450T prototype engine on an aircraft developed by the Customer for flight development tests, with issue and delivery of the technical documentation required for this. Stages of R&D performance: The work was carried out in three stages. 1. Development, coordination and delivery of the technical documentation on engine adaptation to the Customer. 1.1 Outline drawing. 1.2 Structural fuel supply and control diagram. 1.3 Ignition basic circuit diagram, monitoring and control. 1.4. Specification of engine weight, referred to the weight of the aircraft. 1.5 List of control system parameters. 1.6 Packing list of accessories, assembly units and parts installed on the aircraft for maintenance of the engine and installed on the engine for maintenance of the aircraft. 1.7 Data exchange protocol. 2. Technical assistance when performing the following works: 2.1 Installation of the engine on the aircraft. 2.1.1 Connection of the aircraft attach fittings and engine attach fittings. 2.1.2 Check of the dimensions and adjusting elements ensuring installation and normal engine operation. 2.2 Installation of the aircraft power plant components. 2.2.1 Connection of the aircraft output device with the engine. 2.2.2 Installation of the propeller on the engine, examination of the interface dimensions and mountings. 2.2.3 Installation of the aircraft accessories and systems on the engine, examination of the interface dimensions and mountings. 2.2.4 Check of the dimensions ensuring normal functioning of the engine accessories and systems. 2.2.5 Inputting of the aircraft communications to the engine. 2.2.6 Laying of the aircraft electric wiring harness to the engine. 2.2.7 Installation of the aircraft air intakes on the engine. 2.2.8 Installation of the nacelle cowls. 3.
