The analysis of the existing literature made it possible to identify in the most generalized form the following components in the structure of psychological well-being: psychophysical, socio-economic, ethnocultural, existential, worldview, value, emotional, behavioral, cognitive and volitional. The theoretical study of the phenomenon of personal well-being makes it possible to assert that psychological well-being is a dynamic process that is interconnected with the psychological health of an individual. The development and testing of new modern technologies has begun: trainings, seminars, ice tables, scientific forums and other interactive events aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the level of personal well-being in modern life conditions.
