Based on the optimization of the components of the microplasma powder overlay process, solving the problem of obtaining high-precision deposited bead and reasonable choice of weld metal type, the new technological solutions for the restoration of critical rotor and stator parts of modern aircraft GTD RD33, AL31F, D-18T and AI45 has been formed. Technological solutions for obtaining a uniformity of the welded joint of different high temperature strength nickel alloys by the reaction-diffusion welding method have been developed and modes have been identified that allow to combine welding and heat treatment for one heating cycle (without removing the sample from the vacuum chamber) with strength and ductility characteristics at the level of one of the connected alloys Product Description popup.authors Yerashov Anatolii S.
