The subject of the study is the nationwide potential of historical facts of Ukrainian history, which is constantly influenced by various historical-political and socio-economic factors. The purpose of the study: the study of internal and external political factors that influenced the socio-political processes in Ukrainian lands, as well as their relationship with the everyday life of various strata of the Ukrainian population in the early modern and modern era. Peculiarities of socio-economic, ethno-demographic processes and socio-cultural phenomena in different regions of Ukraine. Achieving the goal is planned through the involvement of hitherto unknown and little-known sources (archival, published normative, memoir materials, periodical press, etc.) into scientific circulation. The research will be based on general scientific and special principles and methods of scientific knowledge. Theoretical and practical developments in the course of work on the topic will become the basis for improving educational programs of historical disciplines for students of higher education. Methods used when working on the topic: historical-comparative, retrospective, deductive, etc. It is predicted that the results of the conducted research can be used to clarify and deepen the existing knowledge about social and political processes taking place in Ukraine; preparation or correction of regional programs for the study of the historical heritage of the population of Ukraine; revision of educational programs on the history of Ukraine or the native region for secondary educational institutions and vocational schools.
