The purpose of the work is to develop methodical approaches to the formation of apatite-polymer biodegradable composite materials and coatings, their modification with bioactive inorganic substances and drugs (ZnO, ZnS, fullerene C60, anesthesin, sodium diclofenac) Optimization of the technology for obtaining biocompatible granular materials based on hydroxyapatite and the natural polymer chitosan as a system for prolonged delivery of drugs to the implantation zone was carried out; the method of synthesis of ZnS and ZnS-Alg nanostructured powders was optimized and the technology of applying ZnS and ZnS-Alg coatings on model titanium implants was developed; developed a technique for applying hybrid calcium phosphate coatings doped with silver ions and carbon nanoparticles to Ti6Al4V substrates. The sorption-drainage properties of the apatite-polymer composite were investigated.
