The project is devoted to the development of a new class of indicators for the estimation of activity of hydrolytic enzymes – β-glucosidases.In order to achieve the goal of the project, the authors have synthesized new derivatives of chromone aglycones and glucosides, analyzed the mechanisms of interaction between aglycones and glucosides with β-glucosidase using molecular docking methods and fluorescence studies, and conducted experimental studies of the kinetics of the enzymatic hydrolysis process. As a result of completing a set of tasks, several compounds have been obtained that can be used as indicators of glucosidase activity.
