The general principles of structural organization of inhibitors in nanopores of aluminosilicates were established, which made it possible to obtain a new class of environmentally safe pigments. The effect of cationic modification on the structure and anti-corrosion efficiency of zeolites is shown, the optimal conditions for the intercalation of inhibitors by chemical and mechanochemical synthesis in the pores of zeolites are determined. The mechanisms of the protective effect of modified zeolites in organic coatings on steels and aluminium alloys were studied, the influence of synthesized pigments on the physico-chemical and anti-corrosion characteristics of protective coatings was studied. The obtained pigments can be promising inhibitory components of paint primers for the protection of aluminium alloys and steels in industrial atmosphere.
