The object of the study is the process of calculating the total electronic concentration based on the data of the stations of the System of coordinate-time and navigation support of Ukraine. The purpose of the work is to create an algorithm for determining the state of the ionosphere using the data from the stations of the National Science and Technology Research Institute and to build maps of the total electron content in the interests of space weather control. The available software and hardware complexes of the SKNSU system allow to solve both their direct tasks as intended, and to be used in a wide range of scientific and practical tasks solved at the National Center for Scientific Research. Currently, Global Navigation Satellite Systems (hereinafter - GNSS) is the most effective and promising means of remote diagnosis of the ionosphere among all radiophysical methods. The use of such measurements has a number of advantages compared to classical radiophysical means of sounding the ionosphere, in particular, continuity of measurements, high spatio-temporal resolution, and global monitoring of ionospheric disturbances of various nature. Diagnostics of the ionosphere with the help of GNSS signals is based on the use of the already existing space GNSS infrastructure and the terrestrial network of monitoring and correction stations. In this NDR, it is proposed to evaluate the characteristics of the ionosphere on the basis of measurements recorded by the continuously operating stations of the National Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences. It is proposed to carry out research in several stages. At the first stage, methods and algorithms for determining the state of the ionosphere are developed, which provide the basic requirements, and experimental operation is organized to clarify the requirements for the software and hardware of the system. In the future, based on the results of experimental operation, Product Description popup.authors Iliuchok Oleh M. Medina Mykola S. popup.nrat_date 2023-11-30 Close
