The purpose of the work is the development of metal products for structural, pipe and shipbuilding purposes with increased operational properties based on the determination of the laws of the combined influence of the composition of the complex of microalloying elements (Nb+V+Ti+Mo) in steel, temperature, deformation and speed regimes of the thermomechanically controlled process on the evolution of phase-structural transformations and quality indicators (primarily strength) taking into account the composition of the main and auxiliary technological equipment with the achievement of the effect of energy and material saving. The regularities of the influence of convection heat exchange on the temperature distribution along the width of the bars for the conditions of thermomechanical rolling in wide-bar and reversible mills with furnace coilers have been clarified. The regularity of changes in the average mass temperature of the metal due to the heating conditions of carbon and low-alloy steels in furnace windings of Steckel mills has been clarified. The methodology of assembling wide-scale hot rolling mills, improvement of coil and sheet production technologies has been developed. The elements of the development of technologies for the production of rolled steel were systematized, and the level of influence of technological factors on the quality indicators of rolled and flat metal products was determined using systematic and multifactorial regression data analysis.
