On the basis of high spatial resolution satellite data and other open data, deep learning methods were developed and the urban atlas for the city of Kyiv for 2017–2022 was built, compatible with the European standards and the list of classes. Validation of the CAMS global model with values of PM2.5 and PM10 concentrations based on ground measurements and satellite data was carried out. Based on the city atlas and satellite data and products (Night Lights, LST, Landsat-8), the characteristics of the city and the dynamics of changes in the level of PM2.5 pollutants in the cities of Ukraine in 2019-2022 were studied. A regression model was developed to refine the CAMS estimations. Mathematical models of air quality analysis and harmonization of model data with point ground measurements were built. A method of vectorization of air quality model data is proposed. An analysis of existing cloud platforms applicable to the processing and use of geospatial information is carried out, a description of the developed software modules is provided. The information technology for monitoring the PM2.5 concentration has been developed for the evaluation of the sustainable development goal indicator 11.6.2. The obtained results can be the basis for further research and development of intelligent technologies of geospatial analysis and construction of «smart cities» on the territory of Ukraine. The application of the proposed models and methods could contribute to the provision of informed decisions related to the comprehensive development of «smart cities» and the assessment of their environmental conditions.
