Documentary support for operations with objects of intellectual property rights has been optimized to organize an effective management process and strengthen control over their use by expanding the content and structure of existing and introducing new forms of documents from the stage of creation to their commercialization. The algorithm for accounting display of licenses (granted and received) on accounting accounts and in the relevant registers has been improved, which will ensure the reliability of accounting data. The method of displaying royalties and flat-rate payments in the accounting of scientific research institutions of the agrarian sphere is proposed. A portfolio of innovative products of the scientific research institution, suitable for commercialization on the market, has been developed, with the calculation of the economic effect of the implementation of the specified developments in the activities of agricultural producers. The method of evaluation and rating of objects of intellectual property rights, which are included in the Portfolio of innovative products by calculating the coefficient of suitability for commercialization of a specific IPPR, is substantiated. An indicator for calculating the efficiency of commercialization is proposed, the application of which will allow forming a conclusion about the effectiveness of commercialization and the profitability of objects of intellectual property rights.
