Generaly, using four markers were obtained 108 amplicons. The assessment of the informativeness of used ISSR markers for study of Siberian sturgeon was performed (average values were: PIC = 0.158; EMR = 27; MI = 4.3; Rp = 9.4). As a result of cytogenetic analysis, it was demonstrated that trout from fish farm "MZHA" are characterized higher levels of the frequency of erythrocytes with micronuclei and defective lymphocytes.This clearly indicates about less favorable living conditions and increased pressure of environmental factors into their genetic apparatus. The analysis of the variability of the genetic structure of Siberian sturgeon by the polymorphic loci of transferrin (TF), albumin (ALB), and two esterase loci (Est-1, Est-2) was carried out. It was observed the unbalanced state of genetic structure of studied group of Siberian sturgeon by the Est-2 locus (χ2=16.476; Р<0.001).The inbreeding coefficient for each loci was from –0.346 to –0.741 and indicated about significant excess of heterozygotes.
